Layer a small corner

Build interest without filling every inch.

Begin with the space you need to walk and sit comfortably. Place taller foliage toward the back, then use a lower pot to bring a different leaf shape into view. A little empty space makes the arrangement easier to tend.

Check the mature dimensions before grouping plants. Keep access to drainage holes and avoid blocking doors or handrails. Repeat a pot material or a leaf shape to make separate containers feel related.
